Why sponsor
Rust Nation UK draws working engineers rather than a badge-scanning crowd: people who maintain crates, people shipping Rust into production, and people about to. If you are hiring, or you build something they would use, this is the room.
Stands sit where the coffee is, not down a corridor. The exhibition hall is open all day and the breaks are long enough for a real conversation rather than a badge scan. Sponsors sometimes have a slot on the programme, and they are not allowed to sell from it: any sponsor talk clears the same bar as every other talk, which is why the afternoon sessions stay full.

How to book
- Tell us which package. Use the enquiry form at rustnationuk.com/sponsor-us, which asks which ones interest you, or just email us. Packages can be combined or adjusted, so if none of these is quite right, say so.
- We confirm availability. Most packages are limited and several are exclusive, so they go in the order contracts are signed rather than on a deadline.
- Contract and invoice. We send both. Payment terms are 30 days, and we can invoice a purchase order if your finance team needs one.
- We collect your assets. Logo, company bio and links, and anything specific to the package. We will tell you the formats and the deadlines in good time.
